Prayer to St. Michael for Guidance in Decisions

Heavenly Father, Source of All Wisdom,

We come before You, seeking clarity and direction in the choices we face. In Your infinite mercy, You have given us St. Michael the Archangel as a guide and protector. Through his intercession, we ask for Your divine wisdom to help us discern what is right and pleasing to You. Lord, grant us the courage to follow Your will and the peace that comes from trusting in Your plan for our lives.

St. Michael, Heavenly Counselor,

You who serve as God’s faithful messenger and defender, stand by our side as we face life’s decisions. Protect us from confusion, doubt, and fear that cloud our judgment. Illuminate our hearts with God’s truth, that we may choose the path that leads to His glory.

When we feel uncertain, remind us to rely on God’s wisdom rather than our own understanding. Guide us to seek what is holy and just, and give us the strength to follow through, even when the way seems difficult. Let your heavenly insight inspire us to walk confidently in the light of God’s will.

Protector of Minds and Hearts,

St. Michael, we entrust our minds and hearts to your care. Shield us from the distractions and temptations that pull us away from God’s purpose for our lives. Guard our thoughts from confusion and deceit, and fill our hearts with peace as we discern the right course of action.

Intercede for us, that we may have the clarity to recognize God’s voice amidst the noise of the world. Teach us to listen with patience and humility, trusting that God’s timing is perfect and His ways are higher than our own.

St. Michael, we ask for your guidance in decisions that affect our loved ones. Protect our families from division and guide us in fostering unity, peace, and understanding. Help us to discern what is best for those entrusted to our care, and give us the grace to lead with love, humility, and wisdom.

In our workplaces, relationships, and communities, inspire us to choose paths that promote justice, kindness, and service to others. May our decisions always reflect the values of God’s Kingdom and bring glory to His name.

Defender of the Church’s Mission,

We pray for your intercession in the decisions that shape the future of the Church. Protect her leaders—our Holy Father, bishops, priests, and all religious—as they discern how best to guide God’s people. Safeguard the Church from choices that lead to division or compromise, and inspire her to remain steadfast in the truth of the Gospel.

For the faithful, guide us in making decisions that strengthen our witness to Christ. Help us to live out our faith boldly, choosing what is right and holy, even when it is difficult or unpopular.

Guide on the Path of God’s Will,
