"Caring for the Health of Others"

My beloved child, today I want to speak to you about happiness. The world offers many promises of happiness, but so often they are fleeting, dependent on circumstances, or tied to things that do not last. True happiness—the kind that fills your heart with peace and joy—can only be found in Me. I created you to live a life filled with My love and joy, and I desire for you to experience the fullness of this happiness. Let Me show you what it means to find true happiness, not in the temporary, but in the eternal.

Happiness Is Rooted in Relationship with Me

At the core of true happiness is a relationship with Me. “In Your presence there is fullness of joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore” (Psalm 16:11). No earthly thing can compare to the joy of knowing Me and living in My presence. When you draw close to Me, I fill your heart with a peace that surpasses all understanding and a joy that cannot be shaken by circumstances.

Many seek happiness in possessions, achievements, or relationships, but these things will eventually fade. The happiness I offer is eternal, rooted in My unchanging love for you. When you center your life around Me, you will find that no matter what happens in the world around you, My joy will remain in your heart.

The Joy of Living with Purpose

One of the keys to happiness is living with purpose, and I have given you a purpose that is greater than anything this world can offer. “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them” (Ephesians 2:10). I created you with a unique purpose, and when you align your life with My will, you will find a deep sense of fulfillment and joy.

True happiness comes from knowing that your life has meaning, that you are making a difference, and that you are walking in the path I have set before you. When you live for Me, you are living out your true purpose, and that brings a happiness that no worldly success can match. Trust that I have a plan for your life, and that as you walk in My will, you will experience a joy that lasts.

Happiness Is Found in Gratitude

Gratitude is a powerful key to happiness. “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you” (1 Thessalonians 5:18). When you practice gratitude, you shift your focus from what you lack to the blessings I have already given you. Gratitude opens your eyes to My goodness and reminds you that I am always providing for you.

It is easy to become discouraged by challenges or to focus on what you do not have. But I invite you to cultivate a heart of gratitude. Each day, take time to thank Me for the blessings in your life, both big and small. When you live with a grateful heart, you will find that your happiness increases, because you are constantly reminded of My love and faithfulness.

Happiness Through Serving Others

One of the greatest sources of happiness is serving others. “It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35). When you live a life of generosity and compassion, you are reflecting My heart, and that brings a deep sense of joy and fulfillment. True happiness is not found in seeking your own pleasure, but in loving and serving those around you.

Look for opportunities to bless others, whether through acts of kindness, words of encouragement, or offering your time and resources. When you give of yourself, you are living out the love I have shown you. As you serve others, you will find that happiness follows, because you are living in alignment with My heart of love and compassion.

Happiness That Transcends Circumstances

The happiness I offer is not dependent on your circumstances. “Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice” (Philippians 4:4). No matter what trials or challenges you face, My joy remains available to you. This is because true happiness is not based on external situations, but on the unshakable truth of My love for you.

When you face difficulties, you can still find joy in Me. Trust that I am with you, even in the hardest times, and that I am working all things for your good. Your happiness is not tied to whether things are going perfectly, but to the knowledge that I am in control and that My love for you never fails. Let My joy be your strength, even when life feels uncertain.

Take time today to reflect on where you are seeking happiness. Are you looking to temporary things for joy, or are you finding your happiness in Me? Spend a few moments in prayer, thanking Me for the blessings in your life, and ask Me to help you cultivate a deeper sense of joy and purpose through your relationship with Me.
