Today's Prayer To Mother Mary

Gratitude for Blessings

A Prayer to Mother Mary in Thanksgiving for Abundant Blessings

O Blessed Virgin Mary,

Mother of our Lord Jesus Christ and Queen of Heaven, I come before you today with a heart full of gratitude for the countless blessings God has bestowed upon me. You, who are the mother of grace and the channel through which many blessings flow, have been a constant intercessor for me and my family. I offer you my heartfelt thanks for your unwavering care and love, for your guidance, and for always bringing my petitions to your Son. I thank you for standing by me in times of need and for your intercession that brings so many good things into my life.

O Holy Mother, I acknowledge that every blessing, every gift I receive, comes from God. But it is through your powerful intercession that I am continually guided and supported on this journey of life. From the smallest joys to the greatest graces, I see your motherly care at work. Today, I wish to pause and reflect on all that has been given to me, to offer my gratitude to you and to your Son for the abundance that I often take for granted.

Thank you, O Mary, for the gift of life itself. Every breath I take is a sign of God’s mercy and love, and I recognize that I owe my very existence to the Creator. You, who gave life to our Savior, understand the preciousness of this gift. Help me to live each day with a heart full of thanksgiving, cherishing every moment as a sacred gift from God. Teach me to use my life in service to others, as you did, always pointing to your Son as the source of all good.

I also thank you, dear Mother, for the love and support of my family and friends. The relationships I have in this life are among the greatest blessings, for they bring me joy, comfort, and strength. I am grateful for the people you have placed in my life, who guide, encourage, and love me. Help me, O Mother, to be a source of love and support to them as well, always striving to mirror the selfless love that you demonstrate.

O Mary, I give thanks for the daily provisions and comforts that I often overlook. I have a home, food to eat, and the resources I need to live in peace. These material blessings, though simple, are reminders of God’s providence and your intercession. I ask that you help me to never take these things for granted, but rather, to live each day with a spirit of gratitude and generosity, sharing my blessings with those in need.

Mother of Divine Grace, I am particularly grateful for the spiritual blessings I have received. Thank you for the gift of faith, which sustains me through both joyful and difficult times. Thank you for the sacraments, which nourish and strengthen my soul, especially the Eucharist, where I can encounter your Son in such a profound way. Help me to grow in my love for the sacraments and to deepen my relationship with Christ through prayer, scripture, and devotion.

I also wish to thank you, O Blessed Mother, for the moments of trial and suffering in my life, for they have been opportunities for growth, humility, and trust in God’s plan. You, who stood at the foot of the Cross, understand the value of suffering when united with Christ. I ask that you continue to be with me in times of trial, guiding me through difficult moments, and helping me to offer my pain as a prayer of thanksgiving to God, trusting that He is always working for my good.

O Mary, Queen of Heaven, I give thanks for the protection you provide each day. You have shielded me from many dangers, both seen and unseen, and your loving presence has brought me peace. I feel safe under your mantle, knowing that you are always watching over me, interceding on my behalf, and guiding me toward your Son.

Finally, I offer my deepest thanks for your love, O Blessed Mother. Your love for me, even in my weakness and imperfection, is a constant reminder of the love of Christ. Through your tender care, I have been drawn closer to God, and I am forever grateful for your presence in my life. Continue to lead me on the path of holiness, and help me to live a life of gratitude for all that I have been given.

Thank you, Mother Mary, for all that you have done and continue to do for me. I offer you my heart, full of gratitude, and ask that you bring it to your Son, so that together, we may offer it to God in thanksgiving for all His many blessings.

Amen.
