A Prayer to Mother Mary for Strength in Times of Weakness

O Most Compassionate Mother Mary,

I come before you today, feeling weak and overwhelmed by the trials and challenges of life. You, who are the Mother of Strength and Queen of Heaven, understand the weight of suffering. You experienced human pain and sorrow as you walked alongside your Son during His time on earth. As I face my own struggles, whether they be physical, emotional, or spiritual, I turn to you, seeking your powerful intercession. Through your prayers, I trust that I will find the strength to endure, to persevere, and to grow in faith even in the darkest moments of weakness.

O Blessed Mother, you are the Tower of Strength, and I humbly ask for your prayers that I may find the courage to face the challenges that weigh heavily on my heart. Sometimes, I feel as though I am walking in darkness, unsure of where to turn or how to find my way forward. In these moments, dear Mother, be my light. Guide me, as you have guided so many others before me, toward the grace and mercy of your Son, Jesus Christ. Help me to hold fast to my faith, even when the road ahead seems uncertain.

In times of physical weakness, when my body feels frail and burdened by illness or exhaustion, I ask for your intercession. O Holy Mother, I pray that you will present my suffering before God, asking Him to grant me the strength to endure whatever trials He permits in my life. Help me to unite my suffering with the sufferings of Christ, who endured the Cross for the sake of our salvation. Let me offer my pain as a prayer, trusting that God will use it to bring about His will, and that in my weakness, His strength will be made perfect.

When I feel emotionally worn down—when the weight of worry, anxiety, or grief becomes too much to bear—remind me, O Mary, that I am not alone. You, who know the sorrow of watching your Son suffer and die, understand the deep pain that can reside in the human heart. Comfort me, O Mother, with your tender care. Teach me to turn to your Son in my distress, trusting that He will provide the peace and consolation I need. Let me find refuge in His Sacred Heart, where I know I will be loved and protected.

O Mary, Queen of Angels, I ask that you send your heavenly messengers to watch over me during these difficult times. Let them surround me with their protective wings, shielding me from the snares of the evil one, and guiding me along the path of righteousness. When I feel afraid or uncertain, remind me of the strength that comes from God. Let me rest in the knowledge that I am never alone in my suffering—that God is with me always, and that His angels are constantly watching over me, offering their protection and support.

Holy Mother, help me to remain steadfast in my faith, even when life feels overwhelming. The trials of life can be difficult to bear, and there are moments when I feel as though I lack the strength to continue. In these moments of doubt and weakness, I ask for your prayers. O Blessed Mother, you have always been a source of comfort, strength, and hope for those who turn to you in their time of need. I place all my struggles, weaknesses, and fears in your loving hands, trusting that you will bring them to your Son, Jesus Christ.
