A Prayer to Mother Mary for Healing and Strength through Hope and Trust

O Blessed Virgin Mary,

Mother of Hope and Queen of Trust, I come before you today with a heart seeking healing and renewed strength. Life’s burdens sometimes weigh me down, and I long for the peace that comes from trusting fully in God’s plan. You, who witnessed your Son’s suffering with steadfast love and hope, understand the struggles of those who suffer. I ask for your intercession, O Mary, that I may find strength, healing, and an unshakable trust in God’s care.

O Holy Mother, you teach us to hope even when the future feels uncertain. Help me to embrace hope as a source of strength, remembering that God is with me in every moment. When I feel weak or unsure, let me look to you for guidance, knowing that you will lead me closer to God’s love. Fill my heart with the confidence that God’s grace is present, even in my most challenging times, and that He will bring me through these trials.

Sometimes, O Mary, the struggles of life leave me feeling weary and overwhelmed. Physical pain, emotional wounds, or spiritual doubts test my endurance.
