A Prayer to Mother Mary for Serenity and Peace of Heart

O Blessed Virgin Mary,

Mother of God and Queen of Peace, I come before you today seeking peace of mind and heart. You, who are the Mother of our Lord, lived your life with such grace and serenity, trusting fully in God's plan even in the most uncertain moments. I ask for your powerful intercession now, that I may also find that same peace in my own life.

O Holy Mother, I often feel burdened by the anxieties and worries that weigh on my mind. My heart is restless, filled with uncertainty about the future, fear of the unknown, and doubt about my own path. I ask for your prayers that I may be freed from these burdens, trusting in God's love and His divine plan for me. Just as you accepted God’s will with peace, help me to do the same, knowing that He is always with me and will never abandon me.

O Mary, you are the Queen of Peace. I ask that you bring peace to my heart, calming the storms of anxiety that often disturb my soul. When I am troubled, teach me to turn to you and your Son in prayer, finding refuge in His love. Let me find rest in the knowledge that I am never alone, for you are always interceding for me, bringing my prayers and concerns to the throne of God.

In moments when I feel overwhelmed, help me to find strength and serenity in trusting God’s plan. Just as you pondered everything in your heart, help me to reflect on God's goodness and to find peace in His love. Remind me that God’s timing is perfect, even when I cannot see the full picture. Help me to surrender my worries and anxieties, knowing that God holds my future in His loving hands.

O Mother of Good Counsel, guide me in making decisions that will bring peace to my life. Help me to discern God’s will in all things, knowing that true peace comes from following His path. When I am faced with difficult choices, give me the wisdom to choose what is right, good, and true, always seeking to do God’s will in my life.

O Mary, help me to cultivate peace in my relationships with others. Sometimes, conflicts and misunderstandings cause unrest in my heart, making it difficult to find inner peace. Teach me to approach others with love, patience, and understanding, always seeking reconciliation and harmony. Let me be a source of peace in my family, my friendships, and my community, just as you were a source of peace for all who knew you.

I ask, too, for peace in my mind. My thoughts are often cluttered with worry, fear, and doubt. Help me to clear away these distractions, and to focus my mind on God’s love and His many blessings in my life. Teach me to quiet my thoughts through prayer, reflection, and trust in God’s providence, finding peace in the knowledge that He is always guiding me.

O Mary, Queen of Heaven, I ask for your protection over my heart and mind. Keep me safe from the temptations of fear, anxiety, and despair that seek to rob me of peace. Help me to resist the thoughts that lead me away from God’s peace, and to instead fill my mind and heart with thoughts of gratitude, trust, and hope. Lead me always toward your Son, who is the source of all true peace.

In moments of doubt or fear, remind me that you are with me, offering your prayers and love. Let me rest in your maternal care, knowing that you are always watching over me with a mother’s heart. Through your intercession, I believe that I will find the peace I seek, both in mind and heart.

Thank you, O Blessed Mother, for your constant love and guidance. I place my heart and mind in your hands, trusting that you will lead me to the peace that only your Son can give. Help me to grow in faith, hope, and love, and to always remain close to your Son, who is my refuge and my peace.

Through your prayers, may I find the serenity that comes from trusting fully in God’s will. Let my heart and mind be at peace, resting in the knowledge that God is with me always, guiding me and protecting me in His love.
